Shrimp Stuffed Burgers
each burger will be ½- ¾ lb
Large Shrimp – peeled and deveined
Salt and Pepper
n a sauté pan cover bottom with olive oil and heat for a minute, then throw in the shrimp and cook.
Chop up the shrimp in tiny pieces.
In a bowl mix the cream cheese, mozzarella and the scallions add the chopped shrimp.
Season Ground Beef with Salt and Pepper and divide into 12-16 patties. Remember they are going to be big burgers so you may want to share.
You want the burger large enough to get a good sized amount of the shrimp mixture in the center of it and then be able to cover with 2nd patty.
Be sure and seal edges well.
