Shrimp Stuffed Burger


This week we have been featuring stuffed burgers.

Whether you are grilling or cooking inside these burgers are sure to please.

As we head into the 4th of July weekend, these burgers would be a great idea for your weekend barbecue.  Put some baked beans in the crock pot and make a nice Cole slaw and you will have a great menu for a crowd.

Shrimp Stuffed Burgers

  1. n a sauté pan cover bottom with olive oil and heat for a minute, then throw in the shrimp and cook.
  2. Chop up the shrimp in tiny pieces.
  3. In a bowl mix the cream cheese, mozzarella and the scallions add the chopped shrimp.
  4. Season Ground Beef with Salt and Pepper and divide into 12-16 patties. Remember they are going to be big burgers so you may want to share.
  5. You want the burger large enough to get a good sized amount of the shrimp mixture in the center of it and then be able to cover with 2nd patty.
  6. Be sure and seal edges well.
  7. Grill and Enjoy!
