Roasted Potatoes with Chili Lime Sauce
Red or Yellow Small Potatoes – Halved or Quartered depeding on size
Salt & Pepper
Depending on how hot you want it
Lime – Zested and Juiced
Apple Cider Vinegar
Wash and cut potatoes
Coat with Olive oil and Salt and Pepper
Roast in 350 degree oven until Cooked and just crispy
Mix rest of ingredients for the sauce in a large bowl.
Toss Warm Potatoes in the sauce and put back on baking sheet.
Put back in oven for 10-15 minutes.
