Sausage and Pepper Egg Sandwich
Here’s what you will need:
Sausage and Peppers
Eggs (figure 1 for each sandwich) cracked into bowl add a little milk and whisk up
Cheese – provolone
Crusty Roll or Bread of your choice toasted with some butter on it
- Heat sausage and peppers on a griddle or in a pan.
- Pour egg mixture over top and stir around until eggs are cooked.
- Place cheese on toasted bread or roll, add sausage, peppers and egg and serve.
